Is your package not to your liking? How annoying! Of course, we want to solve this for you quickly . You can return a product within 30 days of receipt. Our return service is possible for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
  • The product is provided with original labels, labels and / or cards.
  • The product is in the original undamaged packaging.
  • The product has not been used.

If the product has already been used, but you have a complaint, please contact us by e-mailing info@winsect.com. We will then process your complaint.

 

How can I return my order?

You can register your return by emailing info@winsect.com stating:

  • Product designation
  • Reason for return
  • Date ordered/received
  • Your name
  • Your address

How long do I have to return my order?

According to the right of withdrawal, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt of your package. However, we want to give you a little longer to make your choice. That is why you have 30 days with us to register your return. Once you have registered the return, you have another 14 days to return your package.

 

Can I try ordered products before returning them?

In the case of manure granules, this is not possible. An already opened bag is not reusable due to hygiene regulations.

 

What are the costs for returning my order?

Returning our products is completely free. You must bear the return shipping costs yourself. It is also possible to deliver the package to our farm shop.

 

What happens when I have returned my order?

We will send you a message when the return package arrives with us, when we handle the package and when you get your money back. Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within 7 days at the latest.

 

How long does it take to get a refund?

As soon as we have received your return package, you will receive the purchase amount [en eventuele leveringskosten] back within 14 days at the latest. We may wait to refund until we have received the return or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it. The amount will be credited back to your chosen payment method.
